Welcome To Winter 23-24

It’s Cold! Our yearly reminder that we might not be as prepared as we thought, or now we don’t feel as good, because it’s cold outside (S.A.D is real)!

Back to that “not prepared as we thought sentiment”, that’s me, “not as prepared as we thought”. Not only does this show up in my mad dash for sweaters, scarves, gloves, beanies, sweats, thermals, thicker creams and warm teas; but I can’t believe it’s time to update the website with more information about how to navigate change, and enjoy the season.

Winter is about 13 weeks starting late December - mid March and there’s a lot more to this season than the stereotypical cliche “winter holiday season” slash “New Year New Me Mantras”. I’m on a misson to help us move thorugh it! When you’re curious and feeling unmotivated about this time of year, I’ll have a wellness topic pulled from science and personal experience (I try what “they” say to do when feeling xyz) that will hopefully encourage you to view this temporary season with a more inviting and warm season to enjoy.

With each season cycle I get the personal opportunity to use resources from prior seasons lessons and experiences with me to feel more in control and free within life. Court Moves.
