What Does Your Body Need?

In short, I hink we all can agree that we need warmth during the winter season here in the Northern hemisphere.

But in reference to my Chat Gpt generated blog last year it mentions that we need much more. But is it true?

YES! Well, I like to believe so. Cold/Flu + Covid has a harder time taking me down if I cater to my body with the essentials including nutirents and vitamins.

Here’s a reminder of what else our body needs during winter.

There are what it seems like an innumeral amount of things our bodies need at any given point in time, but we are here to focus on what we can right now. For real what sense is it to overwhelm ourselves when we haven’t been taught how to really and efficiently take care of our bodies.
